Walk stop Jump Clap ( All Together )

Description
People start walking in the space in different speeds as and when asked. The trainer play with sudden stops and starts along playing with reversals. Participants are asked to walk with different characters, sounds and facial expressions causing next level fun, laughter and energy.

Objective
Building the energy, Ice breaking and bringing everyone’s attention to the present space.
Activity

Description
5-8 images (chosen around the theme) will be displayed on the screen and participants will be given 20 seconds on each image to write down words which come to their mind on seeing those images. Each one will then create a story around the words they have written. Thereafter people will be divided in groups where they need to collaborate, take the best of each story, brainstorm and come up with one story as a group.

Objective
Get the creative juices flowing of the participants while at the same time fostering Initiative taking, building leadership, managing conflict, creating something together of their own, and acknowledging the space of winning togetheras a team. All in a fun and engaging manner.

The expression express ( Emotions expression using giberrish language and body)

Description
In continuation with warm-up participants experience the outlet of basic human emotions through the body. They are asked to converge in the space while expressing the said emotion using gibberish and body.

Objective
Creating a safe space of expression and participants starting to experience the power of expression: verbal as well as non-verbal.

Activity
Hep Ha Bang Shalack

Description
Participants passing the energy hep through the medium of clap to each other. Using “HA” to refuse the energy intake, “Bang”to move randomlypass it anywhere and shalack to put it in the centre, where participants will strive to take that.

Objective
Getting 1 energy floating in room. Very subtly introducing how to say and receive “NO” openly and clearly. And also bring a bit of vulnerability in terms of doing something unusual in front of colleagues.
