Self-Defence: Kalaripayattu: The Mother Of Martial Art
Our self-defence service, rooted in 8 animal movements, teaches Indian martial art—a unique way to connect with oneself and learn postures and techniques for holistic development and self-defence, addressing the key needs of both men and women today.
Rarely available, especially in North India, we teach the indigenous warfare art of Kalaripayattu, native to Kerala, which is the foundation of Asian martial arts worldwide. This provides a new experience, combining physical fitness and a sense of pride in Indian arts and roots.
